Logbook

Automatic documentation of trips

It can be time consuming to manually document trips – both for the driver and also for the fleet administrator. The tax authorities only accept electronic logbooks to a certain extent. The documentation must be done as promptly as possible and changes cannot be made afterwards. Why not automate this process? Almost all the necessary information is already at hand.

  • Documenting all trips with time, mileage and location
All trips are first saved locally in the vehicle. At regular intervals the data is transferred to a logbook application.
  • Prompt maintenance of the purpose of the trip using a web interface
For a complete logbook entry, the purpose of the trip also needs to be documented. This can be added in a web-based application at a later stage.
  • Automatic distribution of costs to several vehicle users
Authorisation components can be used to switch between different drivers or trip types (private, business, home/work etc.).
  • Integration with accounting systems
If the data is complete in the backend system, it can easily be transferred to processing systems.
